From North Take Exit 7 from the Northway (I-87). Follow Rte. 7 East approximately 1.5 miles to I-787 South. Take I-787 South to Rte. 378 East. Continue on 378 over bridge to Rte 4. Bear right to Rte. 4 south and continue for 1 mile to the Hudson Valley campus on the left. From South Take Exit 23 off I-87 (NYS Thruway). Follow I-787 North 6 miles to the exit for Rte. 378 East. Take Rte. 378 over bridge to Rte. 4. Bear right to Rte. 4 South. Continue 1 mile to the Hudson Valley campus on the left. From East Take Exit B-1 of the Massachusetts Turnpike. Follow I-90 approximately 9 miles to Exit 8 (Defreestville). Turn left off ramp to Route 4 North. Continue for 5 miles. Hudson Valley is on the right. From West Take Exit 24 off I-90 (NYS Thruway), continue on I-90 East 6 miles to I-787 North (Troy). Follow I-787 North 2.2 miles to the exit for Rte. 378 East. Take Rte 378 over the bridge to Rte. 4. Bear right to Rte. 4 South and continue 1 mile to the Hudson Valley campus, on the left.

From the Capital District
Interstate 787 to exit 7E (Rt. 378-East). Continue over the River (Menands Bridge) in the right lane. At the light, take a right up Morrison Ave. At the end, take a right on NY Rt. 4 (south). Pass Hudson Valley Community College. Go left on Rt. 136 (Williams Road). La Salle is just up the road on the left.

From Southern and Western NY.
Take the New York State Thruway to Albany Exit 23. Follow the signs to Interstate 787. Go north to Exit 7E (Rt. 378-East). Use the directions from the Capital District.

From Northern NY or Northern New England
Take the Northway south to Exit 7. This leads you to NY Rt. 7. Take a right onto Interstate 787 South to Exit 7E (Rt. 378-East). Use the directions from the Capital District.

From Southern or Central New England
Take Interstate 90 West to Exit 8. Be in the left lane to go North on NY Rt. 4. Pass True Value Hardware and Moscatiello's Restaurant. At the light go right on Rt. 136. La Salle is just up the road on the left.
